More from "Oh She Glows" a wonderful vegan blog with a huge variety of recipes.  This particular recipe we had a our first Lifestyle Medicine Clinic Success group, it was a dish Audrey shared.  This could be used as a side dish but certainly hearty enough to be a main dish.
