White fish--YUM!

This one is more of an idea than a recipe.   We took a beautiful piece of tuna from Pacific Northwest Best Fish, Co in Ridgefield, WA.  You could use any mild, white fish.  It was marinaded in teriyaki sauce (just use your favorite brand) for about 20-30 minutes then grilled until opaque.
Then we used grilled sweet onions (diced), grilled corn on the cob (cut off the cob), cilantro (chopped), and crushed pinapple (drained) tossed together for a salsa bed under the fish.  It was really delicious and you can interpret this idea however works best for you and your family!
