No cheese pizza

We made pizzas at home tonight!  I wanted to avoid cheese and meat so this is what I came up with.   The white bean pesto is one in an earlier post (asparagus tart).  We used whole wheat naan but any flatbread, pizza dough, or pita of your choice would work whether store bought or homemade.   You can use any toppings you would like, I used sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, spinach, and olives.

Ingredients:
One 15 oz can of white beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 heaping cup of raw cashews
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp pesto paste
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp of water (may need 1-2 additional depending on desired consistency)

Above will make the pesto paste that you can spread on naan and then add toppings.  Bake at 350 or grill on indirect heat until warm in center and slightly browned on edges.
