I have developed special interest in both heart failure and preventative medicine. With prevention comes many conversations about nutrition and advice on how patients can be the best they can be. I often have patients ask me if there is a resource for all the information I give during a long lifestyle appointment. So I created this blog to do just that. You may notice that the blog posts have morphed over time in the type of recipes provided. This is a reflection of my own dietary journey. My nutrition goal for myself is mostly plant based whole foods. I haven't grabbed onto that label of vegan just yet, but I certainly lean that direction. I hope you find some inspiration here to be your best and be well!
